This year is turning out to be an exceptional year for outing. After the lifetime experience of Alaskan Mountain, after conquering the highest peak of American mainland - Mt. Whitney, I got a chance to get along with a group of adventure enthusiasts to backpack in Grand Canyon. Himanshu, Saumc, Nikhil, Megha, Vivek and me set out to conquer the depths of Colorado river. |

This is where the Americans score. There is full service hotel at the bottom of the canyon. They employ horses to get stuff in and out of the canyon. |

Colorado river is also a hot spot for rafting. |
